I use 1/2 of a bottle of "Red Line Complete Fuel System Cleaner SI-1" in a full tank of gas about once a year.

i swear that stuff fouled by plugs. Car had plugs about 1 year old and about 10k miles, ran a tank of that stuff and when i filled up again my check engine light came up, pulled the code and it was for engine misfire and random cylinder misfire,....changed the plugs and i was good to go.
i dont know why it did this but i am a believer that our gas we run has enough cleaners in it to begin with and we don't need additional treatments

I wouldn't dump a whole bottle of Redline in the tank. Our tank is small so the concentration will be slightly stronger. I usually put in maybe half a bottle for every full tank.

The cleaning chemical that is strong enough to work in one dose/bottle is PEA, Redline's fuel system cleaner is reported to have the highest concentration of PEA, followed by Chevron Techron. Regane used to have a decent amount of PEA but I'm not so sure about the new formula. One bottle of Redline is enough to do two tanks on the S2K, I used one bottle a year for good measure. I was surprised how clean my valves and intake ports were after 60k miles, not too shabby.
