Sorry im still confused, is 10 the part that wears from the tension?

10 is the spindle, and yes it can be worn (it’s what the camwheel bushing rides directly on)

The camwheel bushing is pressed into part #11 and does not appear to be sold separately.

Ohhh okay, thanks for clearing up the confusion. I was expecting it to be sold seperately. Are their any clear indicators noise wise that they should be replaced? Or should i assume the worst considering how long the over tension was left on there
