car not driven for a couple years
Hey guys, I haven't been on the site for quite a few years.
My s2's been my 3rd-4th vehicle for about 5-6 years. Therefore in the last 2 years the s2's only been driven a hand full of times (approx once every 6 months or so). I want to drive it more this summer and I am curious to what maintenance I should do before I can drive it hard again? I kept up with most of its regular fluid changes, eg. changed the oil every time I would drive it (with the intentions of taking it out more), had brake fluid changed about 20,000km ago (but that was 6+ years ago), also recall doing tranny fluid around that time as well.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I would change the fluids (oil, transmission, diff) to be safe, inspect the tires and brakes. Check your air filter as well as your cabin air filter and do the maintenance recommened for whatever mileage you have. If all that checks out, you should be fine.
