Random question... is the ECU for the same market as the car (ie, JDM vs EDM, etc)? Seems like the ECU doesn't like the signals it's getting from the sensors... so maybe there is a harness/wiring incompatibility.
Alternatively... what is the history of this car? Accidents/theft/etc? Sounds like it definitely has issues.

These are the codes I got with an OBD Reader:
P0122 TPS/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage
P1367 Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor B (Top Dead Center (TDC) Sensor) No Signal
P0412 Secondary Air Infection System Valve A Malfunction
P1412
Anyone had any of these problem before, how did they fix it?

I had a similar issue come up when I did a clutch job. Turns out I forgot to reconnect the harness at the back of the valve cover. The car wouldn't rev past 3k with it unplugged. maybe that's the cam position sensor plug? Not sure, but it's worth checking. I'd go through the engine bay double checking all the harnesses that you can reach.

Check fuse #6 in the under hood fuse box for the P1298 ELD code.
The low RPM rev limit is due to the P1367, the PCM is is a "limp mode" and won't return to normal until that DTC is cleared and stays away.
The P0412 and P1412 are not listed in my 00-03 manual, and may be completely different for a JDM market car.
Check the connectors the the TPS sensor on the throttle body, and the TDC sensors on the back of the valve cover.
There are multiple checks to make for each DTC, a dealer may be your best option for getting the car repaired.

What does TPS, ELD, PCM and TDC Stand for?
ELD = Electric Load Detector
PCM = Powertrain Control Module (not sure on this one)
TDC = Top Dead Center

Told you these guys would get your further
Have a good check of the harness. I'd say youv'e got a connector not in properly!
What was the last thing done in the enginer bay. Trace your steps back!
