Hey Hugo keep me posted i also have an injen intake, although it it now just decoration in my room. i am now just running my stock box with the k&n filter inside it... i really hope that your home-made heatshield will have a posative effect. i feel really bad spending 200 bucks on something that i dont use...

i, too, am interested in this and would gladly contribute to the R & D / design / production costs of this in order to get a box for my injen intake. i live in socal as well and i am willing to give up time as well. please post and/or email me and i will gladly help...

This heatshield would redirect the radiator heat downwards and away from the intake.
