After dealing with rusty bolts I got clutch parts out of the car. I found out that infamous upper starter motor bolt was missing.

I think this isn't oem Honda clutch disc. Can anyone confirm?

Flywheel has some wear too what you can feel with finger.

Yes that's not a stock friction disc, do you see any markings on it?
Seems to be a fair amount of material left on it, except where it failed completely.

Agree that is definitely not an OEM disc. They easy way to spot this is to just look at the spring carriers. On the OEM disc they completely cover the springs.

OP, thanks for posting up the source of the problem! That clutch failure looks pretty bad.

No I didn't find any marking of whose product the clutch disc is. Still waiting one delivery and then I can get to work.
These parts I chosen:
OEM clutch disc, pressure plate and release bearing from local Honda dealer 445€
ACT prolite flywheel from FRSport 420€ with tax
Lot of new OEM bolts and small bits from Amayama.com

Did you check the wear on the release bearing guide? They are not that expensive and it's a good idea to have a fresh one.
Also do not forget the super urea grease.

Yes I did order new release bearing guide.
I have SKF urea grease what should be good for clutch release bearing: LGHP 2 SKF high performance, high temperature bearing grease

That grease looks like it could work, sucks to find out if it doesn't though.

New parts are now in and car is running nicely. Clutch feels super smooth
I only notice lighter flywheel when changing gear. Rpm:s drop quicker.

Thanks for help!
