Default CLUTCH PEDAL

just got back in the exedy hyper single clutch, and now the clutch pedal is stiff as hell, and won't go down. Can someone tell me why the pedal won't go down at all? everything is lined up.

help me please.

When you say "won't go down at all" it doesn't go down at all?

is the slave cylinder bolted on correctly?

is the shift fork moving freely?

did you change the all the bearing?(pilot, to?)

how much pedal travel you have lost?

its stiff, won't budge at all. I'll have to check to see if the slave is hooked up correctly. anything else?

clutch fork is probable not lined up right, it may have fallen off when you lined up the trans.

This isn't rocket science. If the clutch pedal won't budge, something wasn't installed right. For your sake, I hope I'm wrong, but there is a good chance the transmission will need to come off again.

yeah thats what i'm afraid off. well that would be the machanics fault not mine. i'll see what he says today.
