Compression Test Question - Forgot to press gas pedal
 

I just came in from 1st time compression testing my 2002 AP1 with 35K miles.

I ran a test on each cylinder twice with warm engine:

1: 220, 218
2: 212, 218
3: 212, 212
4: 220, 212

However - I was checking my numbers against the forum and realized I'd forgotten to press the gas pedal to wide open throttle (WOT) when running the test. :banghead:

Are the above numbers about what you'd expect for a healthy engine without WOT? How much of a bump do you see when you press pedal to the metal?

Consistency is key. Your numbers are fine. Relax.
