I'm still trying to locate my S2K but when it happens how many miles should I put on the car before installing the SC? What is the break-in period for the S2K?

this includes info on the break-in period along with a lot of other good info for new owners.

to sum up...
don't take it past 5500 RPM, vary your RPMs and don't WOT accelerate until you get to 600 miles.

also (of course) i'd suggest you search this site for more detailed opinion on optimal break-in practices.
