Digital torque wrench recommendations
Ive been looking online at some toque wrenches and decided that i want to go with a digital one. I think i may go with a 3/8 drive since thats the size we seem to have more of for our sockets (dont mind buying a whole new set but rather not to save some cash). ive seen a couple that im interested in but i want some opinions and personal experience/feedback from you guys. I will be using this tool mainly for maintenance. nothing crazy like rebuilding an engine.

I have never used a digital torque wrench so no comment there. I do have a click type and a beam type. The click type I went with snap-on tqfr250. Its a 1/2 inch drive because I use it on larger nuts and bolts. My 3/8 beam (its actually a dial) type is also snap-on. I feel that if the precision is important enough that you need a torque wrench, then go with a quality wrench. I rarely excede 30 lbs-ft (good to 50) on my 3/8 wrench and 100 to 200 on my 1/2 inch torque wrench.
I'm not a fan of digital for this. You have to set it and then listen for the beeping. I'd much rather use a clicking device because once you get to the torque, it clicks and gives so it's much harder to accidentally over-torque.
