Does the OEM Dif apply more torque to passenger side wheel?
I have noticed that my right side rear tires wear somewhat faster than my driver's side rear tires, (Both rears wear twice as fast as fronts). I recall a post on this somewhere here in the past but I can't find it. I run OEM tire sizes. My alignment is perfect. My tires wear evenly. I drive on the street only. I'm assuming there is a normal mechanical aspect of the dif maybe that causes this. Am I right?

Its because we drive om the right hand side of the road. Any give turn is sharper on the right than the left.
Drive someplace with equal number of left and right turns, then drive back the same way. When you are going around a left hander on the way out, when you take that same turn on the way back you're turning right, and its a sharper curve.
If your tires aren't directional, rotate them regularly.

I'll add this, people will generally take a left hand corner harder than a right putting more weight / drive on the right wheel. Reasoning is, right hand corners can be a little more blind plus there's the possibily of crossing the double yellow (head-on collision) vs going wide on a left hander and going onto the shoulder.
VERY common for motorcyclist to wear the left side of a rear tire faster than a right. You can see through a left hander and get on the throttle sooner than a right hander.

Last time you posted about tires I tried to sway you towards asymmetric tires so you can rotate the wheels left to right. My S2000 always wore the passenger side faster than the driver side on the rears. I think it is a combination of factors like mentioned in the above two replies. I know I turn left more aggressively than right, think of a stop light situation where you turn left faster to beat coming traffic, yet a right turn is taken slower.

Yes you did. I am going to be using non-directional asymmetric tires this season and I will rotate left to right on a schedule. Thanks for that advice. Maybe I'll be able to grab a few more miles out of my tires.

Yes you will definitely be able to get more life out of your rear tires that way when you get the left to right variation like you and I have experienced. The front tires don't have as much variation but it doesn't hurt to rotate them too. With painted rims like you have, the less tire swaps you do the better as well.

Hmm, made me think about the typical roads I know so well nearby. There is one right turn 270 degree onramp that is banked like crazy with a nice long straight away for unwinding. So many times I am the only one on it and can take that right at the limit (it feels that way anyway- Pilot ss) I also have another set of S turns, 2 lane road a mile from my house that I love to scream around. Once again the right turn is sharp but has a nice bank for really hard turns.
I think I do crank it more turning right. My right rear is indeed slightly more worn than the left but both are approaching the wear bars. Plus they are coming up on 5 years. I may get the 4Ss when Michelin goes on sale as usual this summer at Costco.

Yes. This is true. You just do your best to avoid damage and enjoy them as long as possible. I jwish it would warm up a bit and melt the ice and snow away. The sun does work on it this time of year, but the temps all this week are very cold. It will be below zero tonight and in the single digits every night all week. I'm getting really itchy to be driving the S again. I have a feeling it will be another month. Ugh.
