The door glass adjustments are not that hard. If you get the service manual and have a few tools, allen key and a 12mm you can adjust the stop hight, how far in it comes, pretty much everything. But it takes a lot of patience and trial and error.

And, like some others said, it may not be your problem.

How much wind noise do you guys get from the corners of the windows. I get a little whistle and was thinking I might adjust the windows to get a better seal.

 

Well, these gaps are same as mine. Rather big. Do you have water slipping into the cabin while riding in a hard rain?

 

Nope. No leaks whatsoever. Just take it to the dealership and have them check it out; if you're still under warranty.
