if you have done it on another car i can help with the console part. just grab the leather piece and gently pry it up towards the shift knob (which should be removed before you start this.) and the adjustments are there. i dont know how to adjust it though.

The adjusters are located under your center console elbow rest.

i did this all from the passanger seat because it will allow for more room w/out the steering wheel. if you do have a stock shift knob you will need a 14mm/adjustable wrench to loosen the locking nut. mines aftermarket so it just unscrews.

when you get into your car you should see SOMETHING like this.

have a seat and gently place your hand where i have mine. i do mean gently and dont bend it towards the shifter either.

work your way around very carfully. just with your hand and you will get this to happen. *you ebrake does need to be up to remove this piece*

disconnect the caution light wires *the roof if you want to but its not important* and lay it in the driver seat.

then the hole closest to your glove box will look like the picture thetz posted.

when your finished carefully reattach the little clamps and your shift knob and your good to go as long as you remember to reconnect your caution lights as well.
