Still working on a solution... but the car is running WAY better since I've done many maintenance on it. It's my daily driver so it gets me from point A to point B just fine but I still don't have Vtec. No Vtec on this car is like riding a horse with a limping leg Before all the maintenance, i couldnt drive it AT ALL. Now, it only happens sometimes (maybe 4 out of 10 times).

Hey Ankur194 I read on some forums that its usual for the s2k to drop rpm when A/C is on but I'm not 100% on it. Can anyone confirm that? My situation is a bit different, I dont usually have A/C on since I often drive top down. My rpm would drop even if A/C is on or not and sometimes, in idle, it boggles up and down for a sec or two. Have you tried cleaning your TB and IACV? Make sure your air filter is cleaned. I will be cleaning the whole TB once I start replacing my fuel injectors.

Is your CEL still on? and what are the codes. Notice this a lot with people have vaccum lines routed wrong.

no cel...i did the zip tie thing. I'm thinking I need to seafoam the carbon out cuz it's causing heat soak and a/c just magnify it

**UPDATE**
I got VTEC!!! Everything is fixed... thanks to my buddy that works at Honda dealership. He scanned the vehicle for diagnosis and it popped up with random codes (o2, vtec, misfire, etc.) and he told me the car drives fine. He didnt understand it at first and thought it was bad ecu. So when he popped open to take a look at the ecu, the vtec wire was misplaced (or not wired in). Apparently, the previous owner had a vtec control and bunch of other shit that was in there. Before he sold the car, he took everything out and left bunch of extra wires there. He did a half ass job putting everything back so that's why my s2k wasnt properly driving right. Glad everything worked out now! Thanks for all the advices too and hope this helps for some.
I knew it was wiring problem. I called it haha
