Engine Aquisition

After working with a couple mechanics here in Memphis it has been determined my engine needs to be replaced. :angry2:

I have found a few places online selling JDM engines with tranny, ecu, etc.

Most places only offer a 30 day warranty, which is understandable, so I am looking for any input on reliable places that people have had success with.

Thanks!

Why did the motor fail in the first place? Are you sure you have to replace the entire motor?

Yes, unfortunately the engine was not getting oil on the drive from Texas after I purchased it last month. Appears an oil line was kinked, because it has oil pressure now so the pump is fine.

After dropping the oil pan we were able to get the engine to turn after it seized. There were small pieces of aluminum in the oil pan, and some copper coloring. Crankshaft was purple around the main caps from the heat. It is running now, but not good, and it will probably go any day. It's a shame too, because it has 67k miles, and the engine looks amazing.
