Question EPS Codes 21 & 34 after fender collision

Got in fender bender wasn't my fault was hit hard enough to snap the steering knuckle
I have eps code 21: A problem with the voltage for IG1 & 34: a problem with the main microcomputer
I performed a steering angle re calibration but still no change in the steering
The steering feels stiff when I turn right and loose on the left lifted the car and it feels fine when off the ground
Looking for guidance Im guessing inner tie rod bent and most likely looking to replace the rack & pinion but hoping that might not be the case

Be sure the rack is not bent.

Raise the front, and move the wheels from lock to lock using your hands on a front wheel (not the steering wheel)

Be sure it moves smoothly, lock to lock, with no binding.

Might have damaged the EPS computer, it's on the passenger side by the battery.
