Default Euro Spec Alignment help

I want to run the Euro Sec Alignment and found the following info posted. Can any one verify this information? Also, why is the toe listed in full inches? Did they mean .20"? Doesn't it seem a bit high? Any help would be appreciated.

This was developed in response to calm down some oversteer issues with the AP1's. From what I've read, it's not necessary, but does benefit the AP2's as well.

it's not 20 inches, it's 0 degrees, 20 minutes... as in 1/3 of a degree, or .33 degrees.
