have noticed it happens primarily shiting 2-3, and 3-4.

 

well, took a long time, but searched all over the web for the "screeching at hard shifting", and a lot of stuff came up. a lot of corvette guys have complained about this, and even trucks. i've pretty much narrowed it down to the belt. but i'm curious on how i would go about this at the dealer. i'm really not too worried about it, but if i could get a brand new belt outta it, that would be nice. someone mentioned in another forum, that it could be that they are brand new pulleys and they have somewhat glazed the belt. what do you guys think i should do?
