Fuel Pressure Regulator Leak

Fuel Pressure Regulator Leak
Hi guys so this morning I decided to get some coffee in my 2002 s2000 (stock, 108k miles) when I noticed a gas smell inside the cabin (very strong smell) so I immediately turned off the car and checked under the hood. After searching around the engine bay I found gas dripping from one of the lines on the fuel pressure regulator. Would you guys recommend purchasing a new regulator? If so would an AutoZone regulator do the job or should i stick to OEM?

I would replace the return line, the regulator is probably fine. Look at how the return hose is deteriorated under the hose clamp.
If it is leaking from flange, then a new crush ring is what you need. But it looks like return hose failure
likely the ethanol in your local fuel has caused this to start.
