Fuel Pump won't start

I've got an s2000 track car that's engine blew. I replaced it with a JDM engine. Everything seems to work except the fuel pump isn't getting power. I’m also not getting the green key on the dash but I’m not sure I was getting one before either.

Every individual part and wire seems to work. I tested/replaced the ECU, Fuel pump, Main Relay and Immobilizer receiver unit. According to my understanding of the service manual the car should be working. I isolated the problem to a small section of the main relay (image below) but I know the relay itself works from testing it and replacing it. So it looks like the problem is coming from No. 6 on the relay or the corresponding pin on the ECU. Those wires were tested for continuity then for voltage and compared to a working S2000. The voltage going to No. 6 and No. 1 are identical on the working car and the non-working car. Just as a test I jumped No. 5(IG1) with No. 4(fuel pump), the fuel pump started and the car fired right up. What that means to me is the switch in the main relay for the fuel pump isn't being switched despite having the appropriate voltage.

I'm no expert on these matters but maybe somebody out there is. If somebody could help me with this problem I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks

Swap the fuel relay control wire between A15 and A16 and it will work. For some reason the JDM ECU's have it on a different pin.

The alternative is to open the ECU and solder bridge the two connections together where the header socket attaches to the circuit board.

I soldered a bridge between A15 and A16 in the JDM ECU and it's working perfectly now.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I think something was wrong with the USDM ECU's immobilizer that I was using. I might try to take the immobilizer out and see if that one works too.

You owe me a beer. I will accept a virtual eBeer.

FYI, the JDM ECU's have a speed limiter at 180km/h. I used a HKS defencer kit to get around this.

most jdm ecu's don't have immobilizer thats why you don't see the green key.

Screw an ebeer for what you saved me I'll send you some real beer.

I saw a post sometime back on another forum on how to remove the immobilizer from the ECU. I opened both JDM and USDM and compared them and it looks like the immobilizer is pretty easy to take out. I might try what they said on my now redundant USDM ECU. If that doesn't work I'll just get the HKS kit.

Update: I got another USDM ecu and took out the immobilizer and the car works fine now.
