Default Got 5 bars temperature

My car had the AEM in with the modifry temperature converter but has been put back to the stock ECU. I think they left the converter in but I am not sure. Anyways the gauge has been working as normal IE it starts off at one, goes to two then sits on 3

except today when I was going thru traffic in town to the shops when I parked I noticed it was on a 5 bars!?

I don't remember ever seeing that before should I be worried? I just topped up the coolant with water

The car is standard except for a decat and a spoon manifold, maybe its the modifry adapter?

The ground for Modifry's ECT module must be where the instructions tell you. (sensor ground)

the coolant was a little bellow the minimum line - I filled it up to above max, I don't suppose that would be bad would it?

I am not driving the car in VTEC or above 4000rpm right now because the knock sensor is broken. I am still seeing 4 bars when standing in traffic though and it briefly flicks goes to 5 bars sometimes.

I don't have a heat shield on the spoon manifold could this be causing things to heat up that much?
