Default hard to change gears

So every since it started to get cold outside it has been really hard to change gears. Reverse is the hardest. In fact I couldn't get it in reverse until the car is warmed up.

It feels like I'm not pushing the clutch in the way but I am.

What could it be?

thanks

^2nded.

Check your clutch master cylinder...its attached to the back of the clutch pedal. is it leaking?

Get the clutch fluid bled/flushed.
get clutch fluid changed.

should get much much better

So a friend and I got my car high up on some blocks and we did bleed the clutch. It took a long time to pump the brake fluid through. Is that normal?

It shifts very very good in 2, 3, ,4, 5, 6 and reverse now.. However 1st gear sometimes still has a little rough time getting into gear..

Should I pump a lot more?

Over all 90% better then it was..
Thank You so Much.. All Of you

hardtopguy.com sells the clutch master cylinder. it's not that expensive and it's an easy install.
