Default High RPM acceleration hesitation

Soooo.....anyone know anything about forced induction? My supercharged S2000 is exhibiting some strange behaviour above 7000 rpm and I am at a bit of a loss.

Symptoms: under full throttle, above 7000 rpm, I get some sporadic hesitation as the revs climb. It’s started as only a very small, occasional hesitation, but now is more pronounced. Feels like the fuel cutoff does (at 9200 rpm).

First thought was the MAP sensor, for which there was a TSB way back. I put a new one in. No change.

What else have I done?
- replaced spark plugs
- replaced coils

Some runs watching the air/fuel meter indicate the car is not running lean, nor is it excessively rich at WOT. Fuel pressure readings seem good during test runs too.

Thoughts? Anyone? Anyone?

One suggestion I got was to make sure the plugs are gapped pretty small, which I don’t believe they are, so that’s something to try.

Other suggestions were to run some fuel injector cleaner through the system and try some higher octane gas. Those don’t seem like long term fixes though...

Any other thoughts from this rather knowledgeable community?

Appreciated,
Luke — looking for recommendations.

What about upgrading fuel injectors?

Are you currently running stock fuel injectors?
