Also, I just want to make sure I'm buying the correct helms manual, Part #61S2A05

Thanks for the help.
That looks like the right one.

Sorry, can't help you with the cable reel specifics.

You'll need to have the SRS DTC pulled to verify the Code is for the cable reel.

There is no fusible link used anywhere on a S2000.

There is a separate under the hood fuse box, on the passenger side I think. When my cruise control stopped working it was a fuse in that fuse box that was blown. Check there before you go crazy with the cable reel

Do you remember which fuse it was? I looked and didn't see one related to the cruise control. I guess I could just pull all of them and see if they are ok. Are there any fuses that shouldn't be pulled?

Do you know if most dealers usually charge to have the SRS DTC pulled?

Thanks for the pics Gloffer.

Just to make sure this is the fuse you're talking about correct?

Yes, according to the Helm's Manual that's fuse 47 and is for: ABS modulator unit, brake lights, cruise control unit, ECM, high mount brake light, and horn(s). How did you circle it?

Did replacing the fuse fix your problems?
