uh...thanks 7head...I think.
Spitty...mine needed cleaning because I was dumb when I cleaned my intake manifold while it was off during a Hondata IMG install...I didn't take the IAC off and all the carbon crud pooled on the IAC causing it to stick.
But otherwise...cleaning can sometimes fix a sticking IAC.

I cleaned mine due to Heat Bog - as well as the MAP Wack/Clean, and resting the ecu - b/c I was bored.
I can't say it if "fixed" my problem or not - as we have had a cold front move in - it was in the Upper 50's - 60's last night in comparison to the 105 days we have been having.

Whats the benefit of cleaning the IAC?

Very helpful.
I'm getting a rough idle, and the car actually dies occasionally at stop lights / traffic if I don't give it gas.
I'm hoping this will resolve the problem. Thanks for the writeup.

Excellent thread. I did this on my S2000 and on my Integra. The Integra benefitted from it greatly! A much harder procedure on that car though. The S2000 was a piece of cake.
