How to replace these exhaust manifold cover two bolts?

Default How to replace these exhaust manifold cover two bolts?
Any idea how to get access to these two bolts in the red rectangle area and have them replaced? Should I go from the hood down or from underneath the car up?

From memory I think the manifold may need to come off, although my memory is rubbish, definitely can't do it from above though..
