intake manifold/throttle body torque specs for "studs"
any one know what the torque specs for the intake manifold/throttle body "studs" are ? there not listed in the honda service manual , the nuts and bolts are 16lb but it wont say for the "studs" that go into the intake manifold....

If you're referring to the point that the studs have been removed/replaced, I would just seat them with some anti-seize on the threads. All the 16 ft lb torque value will come from the nut side.

FYI we do not use anti seize or thread lock on any of the studs installed on our current models (intake, exhaust, thermocase). We run them in with a light torque limiting air gun so the threads on the short portion of the stud are not exposed (smooth part in the middle of the stud is flush with the head).

Keep it simple, simple.
