Default JDM F20C into ap1

What would I need to swap in a JDM F20C into my AP1. I don't remember exactly where I read this, but I believe I would need to keep my USDM harness, ECU, VTEC solenoid, and coils. And in order to pass smog, use the USDM intake manifold in California. Is this correct? Thanks.

I believe you will also need to run octane booster, as compression is .5 higher.

Just curious how much extra octane is needed.

Honda wants 91 octane from what I can see in my USDM owners manual(s). 93 octane is common here in Ohio-- is that sufficient? Not sure where the OP is located but I saw nothing over 91 in Wisconsin (and maybe Illinois) last summer.

Regular works in the normal f20c, super (93) will work in the JDM 250hp version

I live in California, would I be safe running 91 octane?
