Just got totaled. Worth keeping?

A "decent Ap1" will not have a salvage title. That said consider that a new top will cost you between 1-2 grand and add another 2 - 3 grand or for a full paint job. Now factor in any additional body or mechanical work.

Yeah. Unfortunately, that car is a goner. Depending on how mechanically inclined you are, you could take the settlement money, buy it back, and part it out. Between the motor, trans, and diff alone, you probably have a good $6k in value there.
As an FYI, my car got side swiped by a moron a few years ago. For reference, this was $12k in damage - they fixed it.
No frame damage. Replacement parts included:
-New fender
-New bumper
-new upper arm
-new lower arm
-new spring and shock assembly
-etc. etc.
I got coilovers after this. It's a track car, and worked out for me since i'm less concerned about keeping it pristine now.

Well, I just bought another one. 03 in silver. 77k miles, 5 previous owners, but still has the new smell like my old one did when I got it in 2008. Brings back some memories.
It didn't have the stock shift knob. I always tried other knobs, but kept coming back to stock. Anyone got a decent one they would part with?

Sounds like a great car. I like the 02/03 MY cars best. Enjoy.
