When I pulled out my motor, I went to SunBelt Rentals in Lowe's and got a hoist for around 50 bucks a day if you wanna go that route.

Also, if you have any questions regarding pulling out the motor itself feel free to PM me. There were a lot of things I wish I would have done differently

Try scrolling down to the local community section. DFW area has an active community that most likely can help you out.
