Default Loose Rear Camber Bolt

Struggling a bit on this one. Recently replaced my rear camber bushing on the lower rear LCA due to seized bolts. All new alignment hardware from Honda, bushing from Mugen. Alignment shop is really struggling to get the rear aligned as the bolt has some slack even with as much torque as they can put on the bolt, its like the nut has bottomed out. Hardware is all from Bernardi Honda so true OEM parts. Anyone dealt with this before?

They must be incompetent, likely the wrong bolt. The lengths vary slightly, the bolt is too long.

Yeah, almost for sure the wrong bolt.

Also...spec is 50LB-FT. If its not secured at that spec, the correct recourse shouldn't be "let me try some more torque on it".

Just ordered all new rear hardware. I installed the bolts initially and they were tight for me but then they couldn't get them tight on the rack which is quite confusing.

Another thing to check is that the "square" part of the bolt is not caught up on the subframe lip. Not a likely thing...but...ur in there and might as well look.

Checked that. I double checked my order and I ordered the right bolts so unless they sent the wrong thing I'm stumped. I just reordered all of the rear bolts so I'm going to check them against the ones I get and see what the deal is.

They're using the correct recessed nut too?

Dumb question maybe, but they are using the eccentric washer too?

Is there anyway the bushing could be at fault, I figured no since the bolts contacts the subframe on both ends but figure I'd ask? I'm very certain I have the correct bolts, toe arm bolt is black and camber bolt is silver so theres no chance those were mixed up. Nuts and washers are the same for both rear adjustments.

Did you have to cut the old camber bolts off both sides? Or do you have 1 good one to compare?

Do you have photos of the issue?
