Default Lower header bracket broke

I'm getting my new clutch installed, and apparently the tech found that the lower bracket for the header had snapped. He had to take off the header.

Is this bracket needed? It looks like an L-bracket. I don't have pics right now cause I'm posting this on my handheld.

Do I need to replace it?

TIA!!

If it's a Toda header, than it's pretty typical. Toda won't warranty the header either.

Its not needed. The header is fine without that piece.
