LSD Help ASAP Please!!!

I just received my vortech sc today and preped my car for the install. after lifting the car i decided to spin the rear wheel and check if my LSD was working properly or not.

I found that while spinning one wheel in a forward motion that the other side would follow suite and turn that same way. If i remember correctly the opposite wheel should turn in the opposing direction. ie. left wheel spun forward, right wheel spins backwards.

I need to know if my LSD is ready to fail so i can have honda warranty replace it bofore i void it with my SC.

Thanks in advance!!!

Mike

Funny this thread came up. Tonight on a members car we turned the rear wheels. I was surprised to see them turn in opposite directions. This was in gear and in neutral.

When I did this to my S about a month ago, they spun in the same direction.

What is going on here?

If it didn't matter then you got problems way deeper than your diff ........ if in gear the tires spin the same direction then you either don't have a clutch disk installed or maybe zero compression in the motor .... :eek1:
