Looks like casting marks that have collected oil/dirt.

Sorry all for the short first post, I noticed this while installing a ballade baffle and it gave me some concern. The car is not lowered and as far as I can has never been. I noticed more cracks on the inside of the pan which were similar. Anyway, any input would be appreciated.

Those lines are normal.

They are not cracks.

Take a good look at that drain plug, looks like it's been rounded off, it's definitely leaking, almost looks like it's crooked.

They're casting marks. Our oil pans are die cast, and as the dies get older they develop stress cracks. When aluminum is injected into the die cavity these stress cracks leave a reverse print on the aluminum surface. In other words they stick out from the surface. Honda doesn't reject these (nor does any other OEM) because they are only cosmetic and don't affect the part's performance or longevity. If Honda mandated no casting marks the foundry would have to replace the dies much sooner, driving up part cost.

Good eye, the plug was not fully seated as I had just drained the oil and hand tightened and the washer and camera angle makes it look cock-eyed in the pic. The plug could use replacement however....

Agreed just casting marks. I work in the Engine Plant here in Canada and we cast heads and blocks here and those marks are common here.
