Thank you everyone, I bought a new coil to check and one of the was faulty. I will actually swap all out, just waiting for the cheaper price ones to come from online (same part number). I went with Denso 6732301 which are for the 04-05 cars and I read they are better somehow (not sure how) than the AP1 ones. They are definitely are cheaper because they started to be shared with other Honda cars..
