NEED HELP! Want to swap engine from my totaled 04 into a 06 shell

First of all any help and insight will be greatly appreciated.

Ok so I have a totaled 2004 with a perfectly good engine, Trans, ECU etc.. and I just bought an 06 shell. The 06 still has the dashboard and all the wiring inside it, but no ECU or engine obviously. Here are some of the questions I have:

1. Can I use the existing wiring harness inside of the dashboard or will I have to swap it out? (Not the engine harness going to ECU)

2. Are there any differences in the Fuel lines, Fuel Tank, Brake lines?

3. Is the SRS system separate from the ECU? I have all the SRS components in the 06 shell so can it just plug into and be used by my 04 ECU?

4. Any other differences or issues I am missing?

There are many differences between the two, not sure about all the harnesses but I would think they are different based on the extra features of the 2006. Fuel lines will be different because the 2006 has a returnless system, the fuel pump assembly will be different but not sure about the tank. There is also VSA on the 2006+ that will change the braking system and the SRS system is different because the 2006+ has weight sensors in the passenger seat. I am sure there are a few more things to deal with as well. This is an interesting project, good luck.
