New owner - car never serviced
Just bought a 2005 with 43k miles and there is no history of any service done. As it has NEVER been serviced..... what do i need to check? What filter should i use? Basicly... EVERYTHING i need to do to catch up with the missed maintenance and be good for the next few months.
PS: I already viewed all the "new owner" threads but some of them are old.
Appreciate any information provided

If the records shows that the car had never had any service done does not mean it has never had any service done (if that makes any sense). For Example, if you were to check on a CarFax and it doesn't show any history of the car being serviced by anyone does not mean that it had never had a service done to it. The previous owner could have taken the car to small auto shops to perform the regular maintenance or they could have performed the regular maintenance themselves (most people on this site probably performs their own regular maintenance anyways).
But in case you've really haven't had any service done, here's a list of things you should do:
1. Change the oil and oil filter - 10w30 oil with a new oil filter (OEM part number 15400-PCX-004 from Honda) or a corresponding part from your local parts store.
2. Change the engine air filter - I would recommend a K&N filter or a Fram.
3. Change the rear differential fluid - SAE 90 or Mobile 1 70w90
4. Change the spark plugs - I use NGK Iridium (I think Denso Iridium are OEM not sure)
5. Change the transmission fluid - Honda MTF
6. Get the valves adjusted by a Honda Dealership. (It shouldn't cost too much. I've heard of people getting a valve adjustment for around $100 from a Honda Dealership)
7. Change the cabin air filter - for the heck of it, because the manual says so.
8. Change the serpentine belt. (probably not needed)
9. Change out the engine coolant/antifreeze - take to a dealership if you are unsure of servicing yourself)
10. tires, brakes, rotors, clutch, clutch/brake fluids if needed.
If I can think of anything else, I'll let you know

The car hasn't changed. The old "new owner" threads are still useful.
I agree with items 1,2,3,5,7.
As far as 10, visually inspect the brakes and tires. Change the brake and clutch fluid.
With only 43k, the plugs, serpentine belts, and probably the valve adjustment are not necessary, and at only 7 years, the coolant is fine too.
