New Throwout Bearing Noise
I had a new OEM clutch disk, professionally resurfaced flywheel, pilot and throwout OEM and ACT PP. both myself and a local performance shop haven’t fixed the throwout from buzzing on deceleration. It doesn’t make noise when pedal is depressed or when in neutral obviously. Shifting seems fine, clutch engagement is smooth.
Also, I put a new master in when I replaced the clutch, adjusted properly and a used but much newer slave. I'm looking at changing the slave as one solution. Car had 268k on it, but new engine dropped in, going to be a track car.
Video attached (the sound is heard when off throttle, then goes away on throttle then goes away altogether when I press in clutch near the end):

What makes you think the throwout bearing is causing the buzz? It's likely coming from the clutch plate, not the throwout bearing. Are you absolutely certain the clutch plate was replaced? Do you physically have the old clutch plate to confirm it wasn't accidentally re-used?

No definitely not buzz. I replaced the clutch myself and my recollection the fixed that issue on later improvements to the clutch? Also, this goes away when I depress the clutch pedal.
