Not pluged the aircon wire in there by mistake if that's possible ?

Cam or crank sensors problems sound plausible, especially since you are poofing those nice flames out from the throttle body.

verified tdc with a socket extension, cam marks lined up and crank pulley on the white mark

still not starting

car has no EGR or air pump installed can those prevent starting?
