odd clutch feel

This morning i got in my car to start it and the cluth felt very loose. like if i were to breath on it the pedal would go stright to the floor. the engagement is right off the floor and it is less than 2 inches of engagement. at least it feels like it.... the clutch was just replaced last month and only has about 1200 miles on it... ive reas that bleeding the clutch might help but the step by step in the diy wasnt step by step enough. is it exactly like bleeding brakes?? all the same step??
please help!!!!Thanks
james

Yes, it sounds like your clutch needs bled again. It takes a long time to get all the air out (many attempts). The easiest and best way to bleed it is to get one of those super vacs and suck the fluid out of the slave cylinder while an assistant pours more brake fluid into the reservoir (don't let the reservoir empty). You will be done very quickly and happier with this method.

Don't drive your car anymore until you do this. You could get stranded, or damage your synchros as you run out of clutch.

I found these (Mighty Vac) on Amazon.com:

The only ones I've seen in use are the ones that you hook up as an air tool at my local mechanics's shop. They work great.
