yo,
is there anyone know what's the purpose of installing oil catch tank?

It is regulation for a lot of racing classes. Kepps the track clean among other things...

You would want one to be able to recover the oil from a pcv system while rerouting the gases to escape to atmosphere rather than into the intake manifold for racing.
