Only get heat when I'm moving?

did u ever fix this? is it water pump or thermostats or air in system?

I can say for certain its air in the system, being the motor was just swapped. Seems not many people care to bleed it properly...but hey its your engine

Like Billman said, %100000 air in the system. The air purges the heater lines of coolant at low RPM. When you take off the water pump ramps up and forces water through the lines bringing heat with it.

hey. i just did it to my car. now i get HOTT super hot air all 3 vents in front. thansk bill!! took me like 2 hours tho. to get ALL of the air out. i recommend a hose attached to the bleeder hole tho. so u can see bubbles come out =)

2 hours??

I normally jack up the front end just a bit, turn on my header, set the fan speed to the lowest setting, and all is completed in less than an hour.
