Default P0136 & P0137 bank 1 sensor 2 heater circuit low voltage

After installing a headerback Berk exhaust with a test pipe, I started getting these two codes and have been tearing my hair out trying to get rid of them. I've tried
*checking the wiring of my secondary O2 sensor to make sure nothing was pinched or broken

*replacing the donut gasket between the header and exhaust

*adding spacers and spark plug defoulers to move the sensor farther away from exhaust gasses

*replacing the O2 sensor with a new Walker unit from AutoZone
all without any success. I saw a couple old threads on here with similar issues but none of them posted any solutions. Anybody on here run into this and found a solution?

You might need a scanner that will give live data to get a view of the voltage to the sensor, should not be too hard to find the issue with the right tools. Good luck.

I've read that cheaper O2 sensors arent the greatest. I had a similar CEL with the voltage (can't remember which exactly) after getting my exhaust worked on. I replaced with a new OEM sensor and reset the ECU/CEL and it hasn't returned. Did you reset the ECU/CEL with your new sensor?

Yeah, I reset the ECU by pulling the backup fuse but the it just throws the code again after a few driving cycles. I just ordered a code reader so I'm gonna take a look at what the sensors voltage readings are like and see if I can find anything.
