So I've ran out of ideas on what to look for. I've searched the forums and tried most everything ppl on hear say to try. I've gotten a valve adjustment, replaced both o2 sensors, iat sensor, I've also sprayed carb cleaner all over the engine and vacuum hoses, also checked the fuel pressure and it all seems to be fine. What else can I look at? The car is sluggish and doesn't seem to have full power.
Mods are CAI,test-pipe, exhaust.

I've looked around and can't seem to find and thing torn. My cold air had a drain plug by the filter that's missing u think that can cause this code?

 

No that wont cause it.
You might want to check for exhaust leaks before the first o2 sensor, cracks in header or bad seal against the head for example.

 

Or maybe a clogged injector.

 

Sorry I forgot to add that to things I've done but I got them cleaned and also then bought new ones and still no go.

 

How long have you owned the car for? And have you checked and triple checked for any exhaust leaks as suggested?

 

I've owned it for about 5months and recently got the exhaust and test pipe installed. I haven't honestly checked the header. It doesn't sound like it be leaking or cracked, it's still the one header.

 

If it's not a vacuum leak, then it may be a faulty fuel pressure regulator. Check the vacuum hose coming off the regulator, if it smells like gas or is wet automatically you know you have a bad regulator. Also with the engine running at idle pinch the vacuum line, if your idle doesn't change its faulty. Other than that the only thing I can think of is the fuel pump.
