It came back after the reset. It goes into limp but after restarting the car it drives fine just has the cel on. I ended up taking it to Honda for diagnostics. Maybe they can figure it out.

FYI - fixing my TCT did nothing (other than making it a little quieter.
Turns out my MAP sensor was "failing". Not completely failed, just performing poorly. Swapped it with a new one and now all is well. (200 miles so far)
