part number for spring clamp around air intake hose

Hi all, can anybody tell me the part number for #22 below? It's the round spring that clamps the air intake hose to the air filter. Have not been able to find it online yet.

Looks like only '06 and up has these.

yeah I bought one at my local Honda dealer a while ago, it is only on 06 and up as noted above.
