Post Please help, my ABS light is ON

I have a car accident from the passenger side, the knukles broken and pull out the ABS sensors cables. Now i'm repairing my S2000 and i put new ABS sensor, but when i start the engine the ABS sensor light still ON.

Is this a code that only dissapear when you scan the car? because the car has no battery since i have the accident, i conect the batery after i change the sensors. I think that is this is a code with the batery disconected it will be erased, and the battery was disconected for 4 month.

What i need to do?

Chances are it's accident related, and may not clear itself from disconnecting the battery. I'd take it in to a dealer that can pull the ABS DTC.

You can pull the ABS DTC yourself with a paperclip. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=378792 . Even if to inform yourself better before that trip to the dealer. You can also clear an ABS DTC with a paperclip. Good Luck.

i also had the ABS light come on after turbo trix dynoed my car and installed AEM EMS in my car.
The light is still on i tried reseting it once by disconnecting the battery, but that didnt work.
Dunno if i should take it to the dealer cause i dont have the stock computer anymore.

Mine came on when I dyno'd. (Back wheels going 120mph and fronts not moving doesn't jive with the ABS computer I guess )

As soon as I left and got over 40mph it went out.

Ok, a mechanic friend of mine say that he have the same problems in other cars that have accidents and the sensors broke or are runing with the wheels in the air (like the dyno run), or any sucess where any wheel of the car run more than another. He said what i need to do is run my car at about 30mph or more, to make the ABS computer register the 4 wheels are running equal and the ABS light goes out.
