If your hand stays sucked in the spark plug tube you got bigger problems than the car not starting

update:

i tried the no gauge compression test method and theres compression on all cylinders. I also checked the g101 ground behind the head to make sure it wasnt broken from ring terminal and all is good and tight. Are there any other major grounds i should check for?

Huh? Starter??? It cranks...

You said there was spark, but weak. Im thinking too weak.

The other thing I would try, starting fluid. Spray a nice long shot down the intake, see if it fires briefly. If it does, you have a fuel delivery problem.

late update (yes i know a month later but i was work traveling)

- tried started fluid (wouldnt start)
-pulled plugs they were wet covered in fuel
-wasnt able to do proper fuel pressure test with no gauge or fitting but i know its spraying
-noid light test on injectors and all work fine
-new battery
-cold compression test read 150, 160,190, 180
-timing all lines up (gears line up and crank pulley (first line on the left) lines up with arrow
-push starting didnt help either

could it be bad tct (it was randomly ticking loud once it warmed up) or crank sensor? any way to test it before purchasing a new one since they arent cheap

It sounds like you aren't getting spark. But apparently its not the plugs, or the coil packs, or the ecu.
