Sometimes when I roll over an uneven surface that compresses the suspension I hear a single pop sound. Sounds like metal slapping underside of chassis. Anyone else have this ?

maybe your suspension is bottoming out? ,,,

Yeah, I've had that too. Sounds like it's in the left front, but everytime I check the spring, shock and components around that area, I can't find anything. I also checked the right front but didn't find anything either.

I've got it too. I just changed the shocks and springs and the noise is still there. I'm taking both rear axles off this weekend to check the bearings and inner cv assembly. I'll post an update if this works out.

I think I have the same problem, except I only hear it on the right side when I make a left hand turn. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with my MY2000 when thos springs compress and i turn left or rigth at slow speed. I change my suspension and the noise still, i change my back nuts by a new ones and apply 220 lb feets, and the noise still here.
