PPG synchro ver and s2k vehicle speed sensor
Hi Guys
I have seen that any small very small metal debris acumulation on top of the magnitic speed sensor will make it work erroneously (loosing signal speed at high vehicle speed) so I have to clean it up and then again after a few miles it will go dirty again.
I tried adding a magnetic drain plug but I never anticipated this when I put this PPG gears together so I never added any internal magnets
the PPG gear material tends to leave this debris although the tranny has only around 1K since built it is very annoying, and the steering is speed dependant in this car
so I might need toe speed feed to PPS ecu and dash from abs sensor but I Will need to feed a correct pattern to work, The Aem is able to dial with The inductive signal but I dont ser Any wave form output for externas inputs (powe steering ecu and dash)
Its a big challeging but i may fine a module (ajustable) that Will convert The abs signal to a true speed signal and then tune it for accuratte speed reading at The dyno..
If someone has done this knows The module and Or has deal with debris acumulation on The mag speed sensor at The tranny and come with a solution please let know
Tks
